The Dorsett Golden apple tree, suitable for warmer climates, typically bears fruit quickly after planting. It requires less than 100 hours of winter chill. The tree matures to around 10-20 feet in height and width. It's known for producing large, delicious, sweet, and crisp apples in late June or early July.
Fruiting will occur over 1,000 feet elevation, the higher the better :)
